First off as … First off as someone that tans his own hides and tools leather I have to say nice moccasins but, if the leather is from Tandy the leather isnt a separate type of tan from any of their other colored types of leather. They call it “deer tan” because of its color, its supposed to mimic the traditional buckskin color. Buckskin is a whole different breed of leather altogether.
